1. Church HIV/AIDS Equipping Resources booklet
CORINTH is has developed an excellent set of materials to help churches hold an HIV/AIDS focus in their services – on this Mumbai AIDS Sunday – or on any Sunday of the year that a local congregation would like to!
The core of these Church HIV/AIDS Equipping Resources is a booklet which contains suggestions for a sermon, sunday school lesson, youth / cell group discussions, suggestions for how our churches can become more involved with people with HIV, testimonies and a lot more.
These materials can be used to feed into your Sunday worship session – or your cell-groups / youth groups / cottage prayer meetings. They are designed to be adapted to the needs of your congregation – and show-case God’s heart of love for people with HIV- and what we as the church can do!

2. AIDS and You
Written by Dr. Patrick Dixon – this classic book which has been specially adapted for the Indian scenario gives a simple by comprehensive understanding of HIV/AIDS and what each one of us can do about it.
The language used is clear and helpful to get a good grasp of what HIV is and what it means to us as individuals, families and churches.
We are happy to say that we have plenty of copies of AIDS and You available in English, Hindi and Marathi – and can source copies in Tamil, Telegu and Malayalam if needed.
3. Ronnie’s Bible
Published by the B
ible Society this wonderful book brings out key Bible portions – and interspersed with comments by ‘Ronnie’ a person living with HIV – and as well as Ronnie’s doctor and friend.
The 136 passages – which range from Genesis to Revelation are specially chosen to provide help and comfort to people living with HIV.
We are thrilled to have this book available in English, Hindi and Marathi – and know that it will be a real blessing for people living with HIV – as well as their care-givers.
4. AIDS and Life Positive
This slim but attractive volume highlights scriptural passages of encouragement for people living with HIV. Available only in English.
5. Ten Great Reasons not to have Sex before Marriage.
Specially adapted for India, this small booklet packs a punch. In a simple, unashamed way, the booklet gives a cheerful and convincing set of messages about why pre-marital faithfulness is so important for young people.
